How do I update my payment method for my subscription?Updated 2 months ago
Update card on Portal:
- Login to your account portal.
- Select 'Manage Subscriptions'.
- Next to billing, select 'Edit'.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to update your card.
Update card on ShopPay:
- Login to your Shop Pay account.
- In the Active orders section, click the subscription order you want to view.
- Edit your subscription order payment method by choosing another card or adding a new card to Shop Pay.
- Scroll down to your subscription details, and then click 'Edit payment method'.
- Choose an existing card on your Shop Pay account or click '+ Use a different card' to add a new card.
- Click 'Update'.
