How do I update my payment method for my subscription?Updated 2 months ago

Update card on Portal:

1. Login to your account portal.
2. Select 'Manage Subscriptions'.
3. Next to billing, select 'Edit'.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to update your card.

Update card on ShopPay:

1. Login to your Shop Pay account.
2. In the Active orders section, click the subscription order you want to view.
3. Edit your subscription order payment method by choosing another card or adding a new card to Shop Pay.
4. Scroll down to your subscription details, and then click 'Edit payment method'.
5. Choose an existing card on your Shop Pay account or click '+ Use a different card' to add a new card.
6. Click 'Update'.
